You can find the registration form at the bottom of this website. Make sure you select I want to register / buy a license. After filling in the registration form, you will receive a confirmation mail. Within 2-3 workdays, we shall reach out and contact you.

Step 2.

First log in to our portal

At this point, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to our portal. Afterward, you will be redirected to Minuba’s login portal, where you will be asked whether you want to share your data with our portal. Click Grant access, and we will then be able to load your Minuba data into our system.

Change the settings

At this point, the data from Minuba is automatically synced with our portal. Within our portal, you can customize how the automated planning best suits your needs. For example, you need to select which employees should be included in the automated planning cycle. Additionally, you must configure the duration of each activity. Once all steps are completed, you can enable the system to start planning for you.

Link your company e-mail

You can now link your company's email to ensure that all automated emails are sent directly from your own domain. Provide your company’s email address and follow the verification steps. Grant permission for our system to send emails on behalf of your domain.
